Causes of itchy scalp and hair loss

Dry itchy scalp is a pain to experience. It makes it awkward for you to meet people because you find your fingers crawling over your head every once in a while just to scratch it. It’s just fortunate that these days, there are plenty of hair loss treatment which can be used to prevent balding from happening as the effect of a very itchy scalp.

Dandruff is one of the most common causes of itchy scalp hair loss and dandruff can also be a telling sign of either a dry or hyperactive scalp. When the scalp is dry, the skin tends to flake off and it also does not produce enough oil to cleanse out the dirt it collects.

Meanwhile, a hyperactive scalp would be susceptible for dirt and thus become dandruff.

But aside from this, and many other major things that cause itchy scalp, there are other more common reasons why we experience delibitating dandruff that can potentially lead to hair loss. Diet is one, because what we eat definitely affects our entire body system.

Other than dandruff, more major reasons why we experience extremely dry itchy scalp hair loss are fungi that leads to ringworm and even psoriasis. If you eat the right diet you can eventually manufacture enough antibodies to prevent yourself from generating such fungi. As such you can effectively create a way for you to internally prevent such fungi from occurring.

Then of course, having not enough exercise can also be a cause of your itchy scalp. Always keep yourself up and about so that there’s proper blood circulation. This is crucial because oxygen should circulate properly within your entire system.

The nutrients you eat and consume can also be effectively passed on within your body through proper blood circulation. When you exercise, your blood circulates properly so you definitely have to mke it a daily habit.
